Donald De Souza
is a Senior Consultant with a Commerce degree and holds a
Certified General Accountants designation. Donald has over 15
years of experience working with complex business problems and
in the development and analyses of financial models. Donald was the lead
consultant in developing the Standard Business Case
Template and Guidelines for the Government of Alberta. Donald has performed
many broad range consulting assignments which have
required him to work at all levels of the organization, from
professional staff to senior executives. He brings value with
his broad business and financial knowledge, and strong
analytical capabilities, which result in well-supported
business and cost/benefit analysis. Donald has extensive
experience in developing cost allocation models, activity
based costing and performance management reporting. He has experience in
the development and implementation of financial and management
