Jill Schlender

Since completing her MBA, Jill has been consulting in business and information technology environments for more than 10 years. She has proven to be very thorough and is always flexible in her approach to working with various clients, continually demonstrating the ability to adapt quickly to new situations.

Jill has strong analytical and research skills that have been developed through a number of client engagements, and which are complemented by her excellent people relations skills. She has great verbal and written communication skills. She is adept at facilitating and giving presentations and has delivered numerous documents for clients where the audience ranged from front line workers to directors and vice-presidents of organizations.

Jill incorporates the practice of human change and transition management in all of her work as she has learned that any project an organization undertakes leads to change. Due to Jill’s strong instructional and training background, she has been a critical player in the communication and training on many projects, as they are essential ingredients for successful change. She was an English instructor in Japan for two years and has coached sports at the university level and delivered numerous sports clinics. She has also been an instructor in the business programs at NAIT and MacEwan.
