Donald spoke on ATB Financial’s successful Finance led implementation of Bank Analyzer 8. Donald was contracted by ATB to be their Finance Business Architect. He spoke on the project’s critical success factors that led to an on time and on budget comprehensive implementation of Bank Analyzer. The presentation included the value of an Integration Review Team, required reconciliations, and the importance of following their standard business content.
